🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At BubsyNest, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read below for our return, refund, and exchange process.

📦 Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Contact us at blinqmart77@gmail.com or call +91 8102259577 within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide clear unboxing photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags/accessories.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are credited within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and approved.
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your choice.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

🔁 Exchanges

Exchange for the same product is possible if stock is available.
Exchange or replacement products will be delivered within 7 days after approval.
If the requested product is unavailable, we will offer a suitable replacement or issue a refund.

🚚 Return Shipping

BubsyNest will cover the return shipping cost if the product is defective or incorrect. For other reasons (such as change of mind), the customer may need to bear the return shipping cost.

⏱️ Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
